Terms of use
Last updated 8 November 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Summt when you use the Summt app and this website. By using Summt you agree to them. They work alongside Apple's standard licence for apps; where the two differ, these terms apply.
Your account
- You need to be 13 or older to use Summt.
- You sign in with your Apple Account. Keep it secure: what's done with your account is your responsibility.
- Use your real first name or the name your friends know you by. Don't pretend to be someone else.
What you post
Your plans, posts, photos, videos and comments are yours. By posting them, you let Summt store them and show them to the people your post is meant for (your crew, and anyone in a thread you comment in). This permission ends when you delete them or your account.
Only post things you have the right to post, and only post other people's photos with their permission.
No abuse, zero tolerance
Summt has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post or send anything that:
- harasses, bullies, threatens or demeans anyone;
- is hateful toward people for who they are;
- is sexual, or shows nudity;
- shows or encourages violence, self-harm or dangerous behaviour;
- is illegal, or infringes someone else's rights;
- is spam, or tries to sell something.
You can report a post or a comment from its menu, and block anyone from their name. Summt reviews reports within 24 hours. It removes content that breaks these rules, and removes the accounts of people who post it.
Training safely
Summt helps you plan and track training. It isn't medical advice, and programs shared in Summt are written by other people, not by Summt. Check with a doctor before starting a new kind of training, listen to your body, and stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk.
Purchases
If Summt offers paid features, you buy them through Apple, and Apple's terms cover payment, renewal and refunds. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in your Apple Account settings.
Ending your use
You can stop using Summt and delete your account at any time from the crew screen. Summt can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
The fine print
Summt is provided as it is. It's built with care, but it can't promise to be free of errors or always available. As far as the law allows, Summt isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that comes from training you do with it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, Summt will tell you in the app before the change applies.
