Email support@summt.app with anything: a bug, an idea, or something that went wrong with your crew. A real person reads every email and replies within a couple of days. Reports of abuse are looked at within 24 hours.

Adding someone to your crew

Open the crew screen and tap Send your code. Your friend installs Summt, chooses Join a friend with their code, and enters it. Or they tap your link and it opens in Summt. You're then in each other's crews.

Taking someone out of your crew

On the crew screen, hold their name and choose Remove from your crew. You both leave each other's crews and boards. They can add you again with your code; get a new code if you'd rather they couldn't.

Reporting or blocking someone

Tap ••• on a post, or hold a comment, and choose Report. To block someone, choose Block there, or hold their name on the crew screen. A blocked person leaves your crew and can't add you again or send you requests, and you won't see their comments. They aren't told.

Moving to a new phone

Install Summt, tap Already on Summt? Sign in, and use the same Apple Account. Your crew and history come back.

Deleting your account

On the crew screen, tap Delete account. Your posts, photos, comments and plans are deleted, and your crew stop seeing you straight away. See the privacy policy for the details.
