How it works

One week in Summt

The same loop every week: plan it, do it, show it. Your crew keeps you honest.

1Sunday night

Plan the week

Pick the days you'll train and what you'll do on each. Follow a program, or plan as you go. Your crew sees your week, and you see theirs.

Week screen for a strength cycle: week 2 of 6, with the days done ticked off
2Any session

Build any workout

Put a session together from the pieces you train with, then save it and drop it into any day.

  • Sets, reps and weight
  • Distance and pace
  • Timed holds and repeaters
  • Rest
  • Notes
Leg day: back squat 5 × 5 at 140 kg, leg press 4 × 12 at 200 kg, walking lunges
3In the session

Train with a timer

Tick off each set and the rest starts on its own. The timer stays on your Lock Screen when your phone's away, and the workout is saved to Apple Health.

Rest timer at 2:54 between back squat sets
4Same day

Post the proof

A photo or video from the session, the same day. Your crew gives aura and comments.

The feed: a friend's post from a tempo run, with aura and comments
5Every Sunday

See who showed up

Points for every session you planned and did, a bonus for a complete week, and your crew ranked.

6Over months

Follow the path

Set a goal, mark the checkpoints on the way, and see the path your friends took to theirs.

Goal: run a half marathon, with 15K, 18K and 20K checkpoints
What's in it

Everything for training, nothing in the way

On your Lock Screen

Rest and hold timers keep counting on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

Lock Screen card: rest before set 2 of back squat, 0:40 to go

Programs that run for weeks

A strength cycle, a half-marathon block, a road to your first V10. Phases and deload weeks included, and your weeks fill themselves in.

Strength cycle: six weeks across volume, intensity and deload phases, with the days done ticked

Apple Watch

Run today's session from your wrist, with heart rate as you go.

Apple Health

Workouts are saved to Health and count toward your Activity rings.

Routines

Warm-ups and drills you use again and again, added to any session in a tap.

Private crews

Only the people in your crew see your plans and posts. No public profiles, no ads.

Results every week

Every session you planned and did scores, with more for streaks, complete weeks and goal checkpoints.

Questions

Before you start

What can I train with it?

Anything you can plan. Sessions are built from sets and reps with weight, distance and pace, timed holds and repeaters, rest and notes, so lifting, climbing, running, rowing, swimming and yoga all fit.

Do I need friends on it to start?

No. Start on your own: plan your weeks, follow a program and track your goals. Add friends whenever you like by sending your code or link.

What does my crew see?

Your plans, your posts and your results. Nobody outside your crew sees anything. There are no public profiles and no ads.

Is it free?

Yes. Crews, posts, results and the workout player are free. A paid plan with extra tools may come later, and nothing social will move behind it.

Which phones does it work on?

iPhone, with an Apple Watch app. Android isn't available.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, from the crew screen. Your posts, photos, comments and plans are deleted. The privacy policy has the details.

Bring your crew.

Plan the week together, post every session, and see who shows up.
